Welcome to Where is Good. By accessing our website and utilizing our heatmap analytical tools, you—referred to herein as the "User," "Artist," or "Manager"—agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.
Service Description and Data usageWhere is Good provides a specialized platform for performers and creators to aggregate geographic demand data. The service generates a visualization, hereafter referred to as the "Heatmap," based on zip code and travel radius data voluntarily submitted by fans. Regarding data ownership, the Artist retains ownership of the specific Heatmap generated for their campaign. However, by utilizing the service, the Artist grants Where is Good a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized, aggregated data for the purposes of platform optimization and marketing. We maintain a strict policy against the sale of fan data to third parties; information is collected solely to facilitate the Heatmap for the designated Artist, and fans may request data deletion at any time via support@whereisgood.live.
Professional Disclaimer and LiabilityThe data provided by Where is Good is for informational purposes only. While we strive for high-level accuracy, we do not guarantee that fan submissions constitute a financial commitment to purchase tickets, nor do we warrant that a tour routed based on our Heatmap will achieve specific financial benchmarks. The geographic data provided by fans is not inherently verified for total accuracy. Consequently, Where is Good is not liable for any financial losses—including venue costs, travel expenses, or suboptimal ticket sales—incurred through reliance on our data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the User to Where is Good in the six months prior to said claim.
Acceptable Use and Account IntegrityUsers are strictly prohibited from using the service to identify, stalk, or harass individual fans. The submission of fraudulent data to manipulate Heatmap results is a violation of these terms, as is any attempt to reverse-engineer platform logic or scrape data. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and may not share access with unauthorized third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion for conduct that violates these standards or harms our business interests.
Financial Terms and GovernanceWhere is Good offers tiered service plans. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with thirty days' notice, and access to the Heatmap may be suspended if account payments are not maintained. These Terms are governed by the laws of Montana, US, and any legal disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Missoula, MT. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
